Even though the resort was not open, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The activity staff were particularly friendly and provided great service.

Dear staff of the away resorts
We were happy to be your first guests at your resort. You welcomed us when you weren't officially open yet, the whole staff went out of their way to accommodate us! Fantastic. We enjoyed the beautiful view and setting as well as your facilities and great food. It was good fun talking to you, enjoying your big smiles and great service. Hopefully we will be back someday to see how the resort has developed and turned out. Take care and good luck.
